The room lacked hygiene, with reports of a strong dog urine smell and dirty floors, leading to some DIY cleaning requests from guests. Several essential amenities, like a functional microwave and blankets, were missing, resulting in a frustrating experience, and broken items required moving rooms multiple times. The shower had remnants of hair, indicating a lack of proper cleaning, and toilet issues compounded the discomfort .

Location: the hotel was near Jacksonville, GA, and other restaurants.

Everything was great during 3 days, liked its decent and excellent location close enough to movie theater and Jacksonville and other restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and amiable people. Brand-new and clean room - bed was comfortable.

What a good stay! Oh, except for the musky smell and the filthy shower that was covered in hair. As a valued guest, i surely expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a clean room with amenities, but no such luck. I almost considered giving a good review, but i just couldn't.

The location is fantastic for nearby dining options, but the room had a leaky tub that was quite frustrating.

during my stay, I loved being just a short walk from fine Avonlea Antiques & Interiors, where I found unique gifts and treasures, and the nearby Firehouse Subs, perfect for a quick and tasty meal after a day of exploring.

Check-in took a long time, with unresponsive staff. Our room was poorly cleaned, with hair and dust in multiple places. Several amenities listed were missing.

We got to explore the nearby TIAA Bank Field and catch a show at the Florida Theatre. The room was clean and comfy. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the convenience stores made grabbing snacks super easy.

We had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning leaking, annoying but didn't ruin our overall experience.

The location was fantastic, with a supermarket, pharmacies, and a variety of restaurants all within a brief walking distance. The cleanliness of the area left much to be desired, and the staff could have been more accommodating when issues arose. There's definitely a need for improvements in service and overall upkeep.

The location is perfect for visiting TIAA Bank Field and the Florida Theatre. We loved being so close to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.
